This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business! Not only were they surly and unhelpful, they completely botched my daughters college box delivery for her freshman year. Despite emails and texts and an account promising delivery on August 20, when I called to quote online chat" I was told delivery would not occur until August 23!!! I spent the next hour on hold while the company tried to understand what their mistake was. Despite a delivery window between 10 AM and 4 PM my boxes finally arrived at around 5 PM that night. The only price concession I was offered was $40 on an $860 balance. Again the representatives were nasty and unhelpful. Despite my many attempts to speak to a manager, I was lied to and no one ever called me back
