Moving my daughter to college - College delivery services
Our experience with collegeboxes was TERRIBLE! We were moving our 1st born to college in Texas,from Florida. Collegeboxes seemed like a great company to help us ship her items. All went well until delivery day. Despite an email, text message and my online account information PROMISING delivery on August 20, 2014, when I called to follow up around
11 am that day, Collegeboxes could not locate my info. When they finally did, told me my would not arrive for four more days!!! After many "online chats" because they won't let you speak to them in person, I was promised delivery around 1:30 pm...then 3:30pm. I finally received our boxes at 4:50 pm. Although my contract promised delivery no later than 4 pm, The company was rude, unhelpful and surly in response to all my inquiries. The only price concession they offered me was $40! Ridiculous!!! Despite my many phone calls asking to speak to a manager, I was promised a return phone call three times and never received one!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Do not use thus company for anything!!!
